For Black Millennial Mothers Caregiving for Medically Complex Children

Description of the Invitation

  • Access to twice monthly members- only virtual trauma-informed group mental health coaching sessions exploring various themes related to stress management , self-regulation, and social connectivity.

    (90 minutes sessions - roundtable/ workshop style)

  • Access to weekly members- only virtual trauma-informed yoga session designed to explore connection, curiosity, compassion, and choice.

    (45 minutes sessions; Session will include space for breathing, mindful movement, and written reflection)

  • Access to quarterly members-only health advocacy workshops meant to empower members with education that will improve the quality of their and their child's healthcare experience.

    (90 minutes session)

  • Access to quarterly members- only interactive virtual creative writing workshops meant to explore curiosity, creativity, and healing through writing.

    (90 minutes sessions)

  • Access to an annual individualized stress management care plan session and tool meant to assist the member with developing goal-oriented strategies for addressing identified toxic stressors for an improved sense of wellbeing.

    (60 minutes session)

  • Monthly : $75 - $95 (Membership Price is based on a needs-based sliding scale)
