‘Space for Embodiment’

Virtual Trauma-Sensitive Mental Health Coaching & Yoga for Individuals

  • We help our clients develop a deeper sense of grounding to help them better connect with their mind and body for improved stress responses, greater self-compassion, and enhanced well-being. Sessions provide space for compassionate inquiry, reflection, intuitive movement, and basic trauma-informed yoga grounding practices.

    Pricing: Trauma-Sensitive Mental Health Coaching & Yoga

    Routine Experience (Weekly or Every Other Week)

    45 minutes - single session ($70/session)

    60 minutes- single session ($90/session)

    Non- Routine Experience

    45 minutes - single session ($75/session)

    60 minutes- single session ($95/session)

    ‘Routine Experience’ option includes access to explorative resources/activities to support compassionate inquiry, mindfulness, and stress management in between sessions.

‘Space for Grace’

Virtual Trauma-Sensitive Couples Coaching & Yoga for Black Lesbian Couples

  • We help our couples master the tools to break the cycles that often lead to conflict and disruption in otherwise healthy intimate relationships by onboarding basic trauma-informed yoga grounding practices, compassionate inquiry, stress management strategies, and relational skill building.

    Pricing:

    Consecutive Process’

    1 session per week; 4 consecutive weeks (Discounted rate = $140/session)

    1 session per week; 8 consecutive weeks (Discounted rate = $135/session)

    1 session per week; 12 consecutive weeks (Discounted rate = $130/session )

    ‘Non-Consecutive Process’

    Single session rate = $145/session

    *Sessions are 60 minutes in length and must include the participation and presence of both partners. ‘Consecutive Process’ option includes access to explorative resources/activities to support compassionate inquiry, stress management, and relational skill building in between sessions.

‘Space for Connection’

Virtual Trauma-Sensitive Mental Health

Support Group

  • We help our clients master the tools to break cycles that lead to conflict and disruption in the relationship they have with themselves by cultivating basic trauma-informed yoga grounding practices, compassionate inquiry, stress management strategies, and relational skill building in a peer-supported setting.

    Pricing:

    60-90 minutes session ($25/per session)

    Support groups are cohort-based; limited numbers of members per cohort. Sessions will be held virtually twice per month via Zoom. If convenience and capacity allows, one session per quarter may be face-to-face to explore a deeper dive into trauma-informed yoga and group bonding . This offering includes access to explorative prompts to support mindfulness between sessions.

‘Space for Care’

Virtual Trauma-Sensitive Stress Management Group- Based Workshops

  • We help BIPOC survivors of toxic stress/ trauma better understand the impact of these experiences on their physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual health. We offer trauma-informed stress management techniques that empower our clients to promote healthier states of being during their healing journey.

    Pricing:

    90 minutes workshop ($75/participant)

    This offering includes space for intuitive movement, basic trauma-informed yoga grounding practices, roundtable reflections, and journaling. Prior to the workshop, participants will be emailed a workshop syllabus for their reference. Minimum of 4 participants, maximum of 20 participants per workshop. Customized themes available for community-based organizations or social groups.
